Mastering Automation: Streamlining Content Creation and Distribution
How I Used Make to Automate Content Workflow, Enhance AI Insights, and Maintain a Personalized Tone of Voice Across Social Media Platforms
I've been experimenting with Make and have created an automation workflow that I'm keen to share.
🔗 Here's how it works:
1. RSS Feed Input: It starts with an RSS feed bringing in the latest information on the topic of "Australian Governance over Artificial Intelligence".
2. HTTP and Text Parsing: This data is then passed through HTTP to a text parser.
3. Perplexity: Next, it goes into a Perplexity bot that summarizes one article from the RSS feed, pulling out key phrases and main topics to enhance the quality and accuracy of subsequent searches.
4. Enhanced Search: Based on these insights, the bot searches the internet for relevant information on the identified topics.
5. Summarize Chatbot: All gathered information is then summarized using a ChatGPT Summarizer bot.
6. Visual Creation: Another bot builds out an image description based on the instructions I have given it (e.g., picture size, what to include/exclude). The image is then created using DALL-E via ChatGPT. Personally, I think Midjourney is better.
7. Social Media Distribution: Finally, it routes to a Facebook bot, LinkedIn bot, and Instagram bot. Each bot generates a tailored post for the specific platform based on the instructions I have given.
🔴 The kicker:
I have spent some time creating a tone of voice AI assistant that consumes various media around a person, such as how they write when they post to social media and how they speak in video and audio. It pulls in all that information to create a tone of voice prompt, which I have done experimenting on myself and added it to each of the social media assistants to ensure they post to these different social media platforms in my tone of voice.
8. Airtable Integration: The workflow creates a record in Airtable for review, including hooks and viral scripts. These are attention-grabbing titles for articles. Each post is then reviewed and approved by myself before being posted automatically upon approval.
🌟 This workflow streamlines the process of collecting,
summarizing, and sharing insights across multiple platforms, saving time and
enhancing the quality of content in the individual’s tone of voice.
