The crazy part? It can see your screen and act on it. Imagine asking it to build you a website, and it just... does it. No hand-holding required.

The X Buzz is Real

People are going nuts over what Manus can do. Some people are using it to analyze stock data and completing what would be weeks of work in under an hour.

Others are having it code entire 3D games from scratch.

The FOMO is so intense that invite codes are selling for 100,000+ yuan ($13,500 USD) on Chinese social platforms. That's how you know something's hitting different.

My Take

Look, we've seen AI tools come and go (I've tested a bunch for this newsletter), but Manus represents something fundamentally new: the shift from "AI assistants" that just chat to "AI agents" that actually DO things in the real world.

It's not just about generating text anymore. It's about execution.

This reminds me of when I was exploring LitRPG as a new frontier for writers - there's this massive opportunity when a technology creates a gap in the market. Right now, there's a gap between what most people think AI can do and what tools like Manus are actually capable of.
